John Rudy - Riverdale Park

About two years ago, John was a regular customer who frequently stopped by to order a turkey sandwich after school. John was on a strict job hunt, inquiring with multiple businesses in our shopping center. After multiple attempts to inquire about employment, we decided to make room for John and his contagious energy. Making jokes and sharing his life with our staff made him feel right at home with us. John will be attending college this fall in California at Thomas Aquinas. We feel he is rightfully prepared for this upcoming move after learning leadership and team-building methods. John's departing advice to new applicants and employees is to show up early and consistently to make an impression.
