Congratulations to Damaris Granados !

After graduating from high school in 2020, Damaris began working at Jersey Mike's, uncertain about what the future held. She describes her approach as "simply going with the flow and being open to wherever life would take me." Over time, she has received opportunities for both personal and professional growth. She exemplifies the core values we uphold. Thanks to her loyalty and eagerness to learn, we are thrilled that she has earned her own store after assisting in opening six locations. In October 2025, Damaris launched her floral business, discovering a true passion for creating floral arrangements and setting a goal to one day own and operate a floral shop. One of her most rewarding experiences was the success and excitement of Mother's Day orders recieved. As she assumes the role of General Manager, she is eager to further develop her leadership skills and learn the complexities of running a successful business. This role will prepare her to achieve her future entrepreneurial ambitions while continuing to grow within the company.
